Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business or person using Orbit) and OS Technologies, a proprietorship registered in India (Udyam: UDYAM-TS-25-0084002), 1-64, Main Road, Atnur, Block 2, Sangareddy, Telangana 502251 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Orbit, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Orbit is software that gives businesses AI-powered assistants (“AI employees”) to communicate with customers on WhatsApp, send bills and payment links, manage requests, keep records and automate routine work. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate business details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone you give access to, such as staff, and for keeping log-in codes private.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.
3. WhatsApp and third-party services
Orbit connects to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateways and other services. You agree to follow their rules, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies. In particular, you will only message people who have agreed to hear from you, honour opt-outs, and not send spam or prohibited content. Fees charged by these providers (for example WhatsApp conversation charges or payment gateway fees) may apply.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Orbit to break the law, mislead or harass people, collect data without permission, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to access other businesses’ data or interfere with the service.
5. Your data and your customers’ data
- You own your business data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve Orbit, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- For your customers’ personal data, you are the data fiduciary and responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) under the DPDP Act, 2023. We process it on your instructions.
6. AI assistants
AI replies and suggestions can occasionally be wrong. Orbit shows previews and asks for your approval before important changes and money-related actions, but you remain responsible for reviewing the settings, messages and automations you approve.
7. Payments and fees
Payments from your customers go to your own account through a licensed payment gateway; we do not hold your customers’ money. If you subscribe to a paid Orbit plan, the price, billing period and taxes will be shown before you pay. Plans renew only as described at purchase, and you can cancel before the next billing date.
8. Availability
We work to keep Orbit running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services such as WhatsApp or payment gateways may also have outages beyond our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, OS Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Orbit in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Orbit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the policies of our partners. After closure, you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell account owners about important changes before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
